Notice is hereby given that the Eureka City Council will hold their Regular Council Meeting on Tuesday, November 12, 2019, at the Eureka City Hall, 15 North Church Street, which meeting shall begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 7:00 pm - 7:30 pm PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE. ROLL CALL. APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES. TREASURER'S REPORT. CLAIMS AGAINST THE CITY. REPORT OF OFFICERS AND COMMITTEES. A. Mayor and City Council Committees. 1. Nick Castleton. 2. Hortt Carter. 3. Travis Haynes. 4. Gordon Grimstead. 5. Leslie Rice. 6. Larry Ezell. B. Planning Commission. 1. Conditional Use Permit: Cole Palfreyman - Application to place a construction trailer with restroom facilities on property located at 173 North Last Chance St. while renovating home. 7:30 pm NEW BUSINESS. A. Invitation to Bid: Open Bids received to purchase city property. B. Eureka City Corporation and Dominion Energy Utah Joint Cooperation Statement 7:45 pm UNFINISHED BUSINESS. 7:55 pm INTRODUCTION AND ADOPTION OF RESOLUTIONS AND ORDINANCES. A. Resolution No. 11-12-2019, A Resolution Updating the Town Fee Schedule. 8:15 pm CITIZEN COMMENTS (Citizens wishing to address the council may do so at this time with any questions or concerns but will be limited to two minutes each.) 8:30 pm EXECUTIVE MEETING. A. Review and Discuss offers to purchase property. 9:00 pm ADJOURNMENT.
