Notice is hereby given that the Myton City Council will hold its regular meeting Tuesday, November 12, 2019 in the Council Room of the Myton City Hall, which meeting will begin at 6:30 p.m. This meeting may or may not be conducted electronically via telephone. The agenda will be as follows: 1. Roll call. 2. Reading & Approval of minutes of previous meeting(s). 3. Public Comment. 4. Aaron Davis - Payment Plan on Restitution of $1463.00. 5. Discussion and Action on the Acquisition of a Ford 550 Bucket Truck. 6. Discussion and Action on Applications to the Myton City Council for two-year terms. 7. Discussion and Action on Ordinance 11122019-001 - Establishing Cross Connection Controls. 8. Discussion on Duchesne County Water Conservancy District Watershed Plan 9. Discussion on Enterprise Zone Application Contributions from municipal applicant 10. City Departmental Reports on the last month's activities Ronnie Young - Maintenance Alan Allred - Fire Department - Membership Application - DNR Participation Letter of Commitment with Emergency Action Plan 11. Closed Executive Session - 52-4-205(c) and (d)(ii) Strategy Session to discuss pending, reasonably imminent and ongoing litigation, water rights or shares (if needed). 12. Closed Executive Session 52-4-205 (1)(a) Discussion of the Character, Professional Competence, or Physical or Mental Health of an individual(s) (if needed). 13. Approval and Signing of Checks. 14.
