- PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the City Council and Planning Commission of SOUTH WEBER CITY, Utah, will meet in a joint public work meeting on Tuesday, November 12, 2019 in the HighMark Charter School at 2467 E South Weber Dr., commencing at 6:00 p.m. COUNCIL MEETING (Agenda items may be moved in order or sequence to meet the needs of the Council.) 1.
