Rockville Planning Commission Public Hearing and Regular Meeting Rockville Community Center, Town Hall November 12, 2019 - 6:00 pm The Rockville Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing as part of their regular meeting on Tuesday, the 12th day of November 2019 at 6:00 p.m. in the Rockville Community Center Town Hall, 43 E. Main, Rockville, Utah. If you are recognized by the Chairperson to be heard during any Town of Rockville public meeting, we ask that you come to the podium to speak to enable an accurate recording of your remarks. The agenda will be as follows: 1. Call to order - roll call. 2. Declaration of conflict of interest with an agenda item. 3. Public Comment If you wish to speak during Public Comment, please sign in with the Town Clerk by 5:45 p.m. If more than one person desires to speak on the same topic, a time limit may be imposed. 4. Consideration and possible action on an Application for a Temporary Use/Special Event Permit for the Tri-State ATV Club Jamboree being held in March 2020 - Glen Zumwalt 5. Open Public Hearing for public comment on an Application for a Subdivision - Final Plat submitted by Tydon Oler and Jacob Andersen for a major subdivision of approximately 8.38 acres at 490 East Main Street (SR-9) into four (4) parcels - Tydon Oler 6. Adjourn Public Hearing 7. Consideration and possible action on an Application for a Subdivision - Final Plat submitted by Tydon Oler and Jacob Andersen for a major subdivision of approximately 8.38 acres at 490 East Main Street (SR-9) into four (4) parcels - Tydon Oler 8. Approval of the minutes for the October 8, 2019 regular meeting. 9. Approval of the minutes for the October 8, 2019 work meeting. Information/Discussion/Non-action Items 10. Town Office Report - a. Approval of a Simple Building Permit for Trish Jennings to have solar panels installed. 11. Planning Commission Administrative Business a.
