- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS NOVEMBER 26, 2019, AND DECEMBER 5, 2019 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Layton City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, November 26, 2019, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Layton City Center, 437 North Wasatch Drive, to review a proposal to rezone approximately 0.719 acres of property from 'A' (Agriculture) to R-1-10 PRUD (Single Family Residential). The property is located at approximately 1830 North Church Street. The Layton City Council will also hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, December 5, 2019, at 7:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers of the Layton City Center, 437 North Wasatch Drive, regarding the same issue. The hearings will be held at the regularly scheduled Planning Commission and City Council meetings. Public comments are welcomed.
