Description/Agenda: PUBLIC HEARING Eureka City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, November 12, 2019, at 6:30 p.m. at the Eureka City Hall, 15 North Church Street, Eureka, Utah 84628. The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comment regarding land use issues. 1. Conditional Use Permit: Cole Palfreyman - Application Request to place a construction trailer with restroom facilities on property located at 173 North Last Chance Street, Eureka, Utah, to use while renovating home. Property Use in Residential (R1).
