Description/Agenda: PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is Hereby Given that the Gunnison City Planning Commission will hold consecutive Public Hearings on Wednesday, November 13, 2019 beginning at 7:00 p.m. at the Gunnison City Hall located at 38 West Center. The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comment regarding: 1. 7:00 pm: Proposed lot split (Minor Subdivision) at approximately 120 East 500 South , Bruce Christenson 2. 7:15 pm: Proposed lot split (Minor Subdivision) at approximately 200 East 300 North (Hwy 89), John Mogle and Kasey Petersen In compliance with ADA, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during this hearing should notify Janell Braithwaite at the Gunnison City offices, 38 West Center, Gunnison, Utah (435-528-7969) at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled hearing.
