Discussion & consideration of ordinance to create the position of city manager. 6. Continuing business 7. Councilmembers reports: Gary Chidester Darren Dyreng Jason Maylett Jason Vernon Mary Wintch 8. Public Comment - two minutes per each comment. 9. Mayor Korry Soper 10.
