Opening Ceremony, Pledge of Allegiance and introduction of guests 2. Oath of Office - Tiffinee Pierson as new interim Council Member, replacing Suzanne Pierson 3. Approval of agenda 4. Approve the minutes of September 3, 2019; October 3, 2019 5. Review Ordinance 19-01 - legal lot size, change to 18,000 sq feet 6. Review Ordinance 19-02 - define length of time a recreational vehicle may be occupied 7. Department reports: a. Animal Control b. Building/Maintenance c. Grounds/Maintenance d. Fire Department e. Sheriff 8. Common Consent a. Approval of monthly expenditures as indicated on the check register b. Approval of claims c. Approval of financial statement 9. Comments/Reports a. Administration i.
