AT THE FAIRFIELD TOWN OFFICE 17872 W 1540 N FAIRFIELD, UTAH AGENDA PLANNING & ZONING REGULAR MEETING WAS CANCELED DUE TO NOT A FULL QUORUM FOR THE NOVEMBER 6, 2019.
