- CLARKSTON TOWN COUNCIL MEETING Notice is hereby given that the Clarkston Town Council will hold a Town Council Meeting on the 5th day of November 2019 at the Clarkston Town Hall at 50 South Main, Clarkston, which will begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Call to Order - Opening Ceremony - Councilmember R. Thompson - Approve Minutes of Town Council Meeting held October 15, 2019 2. New Business - Bryan Goodsell - Building Permit Variance to Rebuild Shop - Clarkston Town Water Operator Bryan Goodsell - Water System IPS Report - Deputy Clerk Christina Atkinson - Bond Refund Expiration 3. Departments Mayor Hidalgo - Fire Department - Urban Deer Control - Roads Snow Removal Councilmember R. Thompson - Roads Department - Youth Council - Sports - Neighborhood Watch Councilmember E. Goodey - Animal Control - Emergency Preparedness - Town Employee Christmas Party Councilmember L. Bytheway - Water Department - Parks Department Councilmember N. Sparks - October Warrant List - Cemetery Department - LUDMA 4. Other Business - December Newsletter Items - Public Comment - Next Meetings: - Town Employee Christmas Party December 3, 2019 at 7:00 PM - Town Council Meeting January 8, 2020 - 2nd Tuesday - Public Comment 5.
