NOTICE OF MEETING TO BE HELD IN THE PUBLIC OF TRENTON THE TRENTON TOWN COUNCIL Pursuant to Utah Code, Title 52, Chapter 4, notice is hereby given to members of the Trenton Town Council and to the general public that the Trenton Town Council will hold a meeting on Tuesday November 5, 2019 7:30 p.m., in the Trenton Town Hall at 17 East Main, Trenton, Utah. AGENDA 1. Meeting called to order Mayor Lynn Payne 2. Pledge of Allegiance Councilmember Stacey Wangsgard 2. Approval of Agenda 3. Approval of Minutes October 1, 2019 PUBLIC COMMENTS Comments will be taken from the public on items that are not on the agenda. There can be no action taken on these matters and they are limited to five (5) minutes 1. Presentation on the Cache County Countywide Planner- Taylor Jensen 2. Annexation Petition- Aaron & Heidi Klopfenstein and Circle T Land LLC, Tom Griffin 3. Resolution 19-11-01- A Resolution Accepting a Petition for Annexation of Certain Real Property Under the Provisions of Sections 10-2-403 and 10-2-405, Utah Code Annotated, 1953, as Amended. 4. Rocky Mountain Power Ordinance 5. Review of Trunk or Treat 6. Resolution 19-11-02 - Water rates resolution 7. Discussion on impact fee- Councilmember Rachelle Ludwinski 8. Update on Community Center 9. Update on Sparks Redevelopment- Councilmember Ludwinski 10. Business License- J & M Designs - Mindy Davis 11. Surplus item bid Opening 12. Parks update 13. Water update 14. Planning & Zoning update 15. Roads update Councilmembers may update members on matters or bring issues to the attention of the Council. No action can be taken on these issues. NOTE: Times listed for each item on the agenda may be accelerated if time permits NOTE: The Town Council may vote to go into executive session pursuant to Utah Code 52-4-5.
