Review Actions/Assignments and Activity from Prior Month: - All - Recap UDOT tree pruning & cleanup project 2000 E & I 215 on 10/5 - Travis - Follow up with City about supplies/tools storage at City Hall by Casto House - - Wendy - Arbor Day 2020 at Olympus Junior High UPDATE - - Dennis/Selena - draft a certificate for Tuscany urban forest support - - Travis - ISA pamphlets ordered - - Kim - Holladay Hills partnership opportunities update - - Jeremiah - get with DeeDee on swag pricing - Jeremiah - Air spading at Knudsen parks 3-4 volunteers on a Saturday o Invite Ken who raised concern with planting issues - Tree Give Away Committee updates - ( Selena, Glen, Francoise, Kim, T Jones) o Interest by local businesses and residents to sponsor or match funds for next year o Form committee to lock in date & funds needed for 2020 o Tentative Saturday June 6, 2020, and approximate $13K budget for 350+ trees o Report back at next meeting to start promoting and advertising 2020 give away III.
