North Plain City Rd, land serial number 19-017-0029, from the A-1 Zone to the R-1-15 Zone 1. Motion - Close Public Hearing and Proceed with Regular Meeting 2. Public Comments 3. Follow-up and approval of Minutes dated January 19, 2011 4. Report from Planning Commission 5. Motion - Approval of Home Occupation Business License- Physics Foundry LLC 6. Motion - Approval of Business License- Cleanworks, Inc 7. Motion - Approval of the Re-zone a portion of the Happy Days LTD Property located at approximately 2375 W. North Plain City Rd, land serial number 19-017-0029, from the A-1 Zone to the R-1-15 Zone 8. Discussion/Action -Mountain West Furniture Inc. Business License Approval 9.
