NOTICE OF PUBLIC REGULAR MEETING ELMO TOWN COUNCIL PUBLIC NOTICE: is hereby given that the Elmo Town Council will meet in their regular public session on 6 November 2019 at 7:00 p.m. in the Elmo Town Hall, Elmo, Utah. The Agenda for the meeting is as follows: 1. Welcome 2. Citizen Concerns 3. Town Employee Report 4. Animal Control Officer Report 5. Presentation on Funding Finder - Jered Hansen, Jones & DeMille 6. Animal Control Wage Increase 7. Community Get Togethers - November 8. Business License Request from Frank Burgess, Sr. 9. UCI Scanning & Micrographics Proposal 10. Review Zoning Ordinance requested by Councilman Brent Hadfield 11. Board Member Reports/Concerns 12. Review of Past Due Water Bills - 13. Delena's Items -Approval of Minutes and Bills, Review Monthly Financial Statements 14. Executive Session - if needed Any other business that may regularly come before the Council.
