Description/Agenda: Notice of Public Hearing In accordance with Utah Code Section 10-9a-201 the Washington Terrace Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on November 14, 2019, at 6:00 p.m., in the Washington Terrace City Hall located at 5249 South 400 East, Washington Terrace, Utah. The Planning Commission will take public comment in support and opposition to the following proposed ordinance: Amending Section 5, Business Licenses and Regulation, adding 'Medical Marijuana Pharmacy prescription sales' as a 'permitted use'. Amending Chapter 5 'Business Licensing and Regulations' to include a Medical Marijuana Pharmacy section.
