- KAYSVILLE CITY PUBLIC MEETING NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Kaysville City Council will consider an amendment to the city's general plan on Thursday, November 7, 2019, at 7:00 p.m. The meeting was previously anticipated to be held at the Kaysville City Recreation Center, the meeting will now be held at the Business Resource Center at Davis Technical College located at 450 Simmons Way in Kaysville, UT. I hereby certify that I posted a copy of the foregoing Public Hearing notice on the municipality's official website by November 1, 2019.
