Notice is hereby given that the City Council of Farr West City will hold its regular meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 7, 2019 1. Call to Order - Mayor Lee Dickemore 2. Opening Ceremony a. Pledge of Allegiance b. Prayer 3. Comments/Reports a. Public Comments (Resident(s) attending this meeting will be allotted 2 minutes to express a concern or ask a question about any issue that IS NOT ON THE AGENDA. No action can or will be taken on any issue presented.) b. Report from Planning Commission 4. Business Items a. Approval of Business Licenses - Cherished Moments - Laurie Schmanski XOXO Mykah LLC - Mykah Ouderkirk b. Enter into a public hearing to consider changes to the Active Transportation and Moderate Income Housing sections of the Farr West General Plan. The proposed changes to the Moderate Income Housing are required by law. The changes to Moderate Income Hosing include the adoption of a city ordinance specifically adopting the Moderate Income Housing Plan. c. Close public hearing and proceed with the regular meeting d. Adopt the Active Transportation Plan Addendum into the General Plan e. Adopt the Moderate Income Housing Addendum into the General Plan f. Discussion/Action - Extenet Systems g. Re-schedule the regular council meeting from Thursday, November 21, 2019 to Tuesday, November 19, 2019 in order to meet the Election Canvassing deadline h. Cancel the December 5, 2019 City Council Meeting 5. Consent Items a. Approval of minutes dated October 17, 2019 b. Approval of payment of bills dated November 6, 2019 c.
