To be published on Monday, November 4, 2019 in the Salt Lake Tribune and Deseret News NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING: Notice is hereby given that Draper City will hold a public hearing before the Planning Commission on November 14, 2019 to receive public comment on a request by Bryon Prince, representing Ivory Development. for a Zone Change and Land Use Map Amendment, known as the Holt/Housley Big Willow Creek Phase 6, located at approximately 535 West and 551 West 11400 South, for the purpose of amending zoning designation from RA1 to R3 and amending the land use designation from Residential Low-Medium Density to Residential Medium Density. The hearing will be held at Draper City Hall, 1020 East Pioneer Road, on November 14, 2019, at 6:30 p.m. Inquiries may contact Jennifer Jastremsky at the Draper City offices, (801) 576-6328.
