- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HERBY GIVEN that the City Council of Mendon, Utah will conduct a public hearing on or after the hour of 7:00 p.m. on November 14th, 2019 at the Mendon City Library, 15 N Main, Mendon, Utah to consider the following: - Ordinance 2019-06 Mendon City Annexation Policy Plan - Ordinance 2019-07 Repeal of Previous Mendon City Annexation Policy Plan (adopted 1996) All Interested Citizens are invited to attend.
