NOTICE OF 2019 GENERAL ELECTION HIGHLAND CITY In accordance with Section 20A-5-101 (4) of the Utah State Code, notice is hereby given. A General Election will be held in Highland City on Tuesday, November 5, 2019. All registered voters, from any Highland precinct may cast their vote in one of the following ways: - Mail it in (must be postmarked no later than November 4, 2019) - Drop it in any Official Ballot Drop Box no later than 8:00pm on Tuesday, November 5, 2019 (Highland City has a drop box on the north side of the building) - Drop it off at Utah County Elections Office during regular business hours (Mon - Fri 8:00 am - 5:00 pm) through November 4, 2019 - Drop it off at any Election Day Service Center on General Election Day There will be an Election Day Service Center at the Highland City Offices, 5400 W Civic Center Drive, Highland, UT 84003. The service center will open at 7:00 am and close at 8:00 pm. If you did not receive a ballot, need assistance with the Vote by Mail process, or want to drop off your ballot in person, you may do so at any Election Day Service Center. For a list of all centers go to www.UtahCounty.gov/Elections or call (801) 851-8128. To become a registered voter or update your registration go to Vote.Utah.Gov or call (801) 538-1041. ***Please note: Wayne Knoll Tanaka withdrew from the election. Due to printing deadlines, his name will still show on the ballot, however, any votes cast for him will not be counted.*** For additional information, please contact the City Recorder at cindy@highlandcity.org or call (801) 772-4505.

THE PUBLIC IS INVITED TO PARTICIPATE IN ALL CITY COUNCIL MEETINGS In accordance with the Americans Disabilities Act, Highland City will make reasonable accommodations to participate in the meeting. Requests for assistance can be made by contacting the City Recorder at (801) 772-4505 at least three days in advance of the meeting.

Notice of Electronic or Telephone Participation

Members of the City Council may participate electronically via telephone, Skype, or other electronic means during the meeting.
