NOTICE OF A VINEYARD CITY COUNCIL SPECIAL SESSION October 30 at 6:00 PM _______________ Public Notice is hereby given that Vineyard City Council will hold a special session on Wednesday, October 30, 2019 at 6:00 PM or as soon thereafter following the joint Planning Commission and City Council work session, in the Vineyard City Council Chambers, 125 South Main Street, Vineyard, Utah. The agenda will consist of the following: AGENDA 6:00 PM SPECIAL SESSION Presiding Mayor Julie Fullmer 1. CALL TO ORDER PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE INVOCATION/INSPIRATIONAL THOUGHT - to be announced. 2. PUBLIC COMMENTS (15 minutes) 'Public Comments' is defined as time set aside for citizens to express their views for items not on the agenda. Each speaker is limited to three minutes. Because of the need for proper public notice, immediate action cannot be taken in the Council Meeting. If action is necessary, the item will be listed on a future agenda, however, the Council may elect to discuss the item if it is an immediate matter of concern. 3. CONSENT ITEMS 3.1 Approval of the September 25, 2019 City Council Work Session Minutes 3.2 Approval of the October 9, 2019 City Council Meeting Minutes 3.3 Approval of the Cottonwood Phase 4 Final Plat 3.4 Approval of Purchases 4. BUSINESS ITEMS 4.1 DISCUSSION AND ACTION - Town Center Master Development Agreement (15 minutes) Pete Evans with Anderson Geneva will present the proposed Master Development Agreement for the Town Center. The mayor and City Council will take appropriate action. 5. ADJOURNMENT This meeting may be held electronically to allow a councilmember to participate by teleconference. The next regularly scheduled meeting is November 13, 2019. The Public is invited to participate in all City Council meetings. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations during this meeting should notify the City Recorder at least 24 hours prior to the meeting by calling (801) 226-1929.
