NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Lindon City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at 7:00 P.M. or as soon thereafter as possible, on Tuesday, November 12, 2019, in the Lindon City Center, 100 North State Street, Lindon, UT, to consider the following items:
A recommendation to the Lindon City Council to amend Lindon City Code 17.48 to increase the allowable building height in the Planned Commercial-1 zone from 48 feet to 60 feet and related technical and clarifying amendments for the height increase proposal. Application is made by Miller Family Real Estate LLC
Staff Reports and application materials for the agenda items above are available for review at the Lindon City Planning Department, located at 100 N. State Street, Lindon, UT.
