Description/Agenda: Notice is hereby given that the WELLSVILLE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION shall conduct a public hearing as part of its regular scheduled meeting on Wednesday, November 13, 2019 at the City Offices at 75 East Main in Wellsville. Said hearings shall begin at 6:05 p.m. in the following order: 1. Planning Commission shall receive public input, then consider for approval a request from Brent Parker to reduce the setback from 150' to 20' on parcel #11-91-0013, due to the size of the parcel as allowed by code. 2. The Planning Commission shall receive public input, then consider for approval a request for a conditional use. from Dick Wells to have his existing home at 325 North 200 West be declared a 'Multiple Family Dwelling' (Duplex) Tax Id #11-078-0003.
