Description/Agenda: RIVERTON CITY PUBLIC NOTICE The Riverton City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, November 14, 2019 beginning at 6:30 p.m. in the Riverton City Municipal Building located at 12830 South Redwood Road to hear following item(s): - Ryan McDougal is requesting a rezone of about 3.18 acres located at approximately 13027 South Redwood Road. The current zoning is RR-22 (Rural Residential 1/2 Acre lots) the requested zoning is RM-6-SD (Residential Multi-Family 6 units per acre, with Specific Development Designations restricting unit count and lot size). Notice of Special Accommodations (ADA): Riverton City Hall is an accessible facility. Individuals needing special accommodations or assistance during this meeting shall notify the City Recorders Office at 801-208-3126, at least two business days in advance of the meeting. Accessible parking and entrance are located on the south end of the building with elevator access to the City Council Chambers located on the second floor.
