- Notice is hereby given that the Plain City Council will hold a public hearing on Thursday, the 21st day of November, 2019 in the Plain City Hall at 4160 West 2200 North which meeting shall begin promptly at 7:00 pm. The purpose of the public hearing shall be to receive public comment prior to amending the Plain City Zoning Ordinance concerning the Residential Overlay Zone. All interested residents are invited to attend.
