- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS The Sunset City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, November 13, 2019 and the Sunset City Council will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, November 19, 2019. The Hearings will begin at 6:30 p.m. in the Sunset City Council Chambers, 200 West 1300 North. The purpose of these hearings is to solicit input from Sunset City residents on amending the Sunset City General Plan to include a Moderate Income Housing element.
