- Voting for the Smithfield City General Election will take place at the Smithfield City Civic Center, 50 East 100 North, Smithfield, Utah on Tuesday, November 5th. Voting will be for three city council member seats each serving a four year term. Voting hours will be from 7:00 A.M. to 8:00 P.M. Please enter the building from the east entrance. To be eligible to vote, a person must be a registered voter of Smithfield City. Voters must present a valid government ID, driver's license, state or federal government issued ID card, U.S. passport, tribal ID card or military ID to be issued a voting ballot. ***NOTE: A SAMPLE BALLOT IS ATTACHED TO THIS NOTICE***
