VIRGIN TOWN PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE A Public Hearing will be held November 13, 2019 During a regularly scheduled Virgin Planning & Zoning Meeting At 6:30 PM in the Heritage Town Square 114 S. Mill Street Virgin, Utah Ph: 435-635-4695 clerk@virgin.utah.gov To accept public input on the following items: a. AN ORDINANCE AMENDING, CLARIFYING AND RESTATING SECTIONS OF CHAPTER 1 GENERAL PROVISIONS & INTRODUCTION TO DEFINITIONS OF THE VIRGIN UNIFORM LAND USE ORDINANCES ('VULU') b. AN ORDINANCE AMENDING, CLARIFYING AND RESTATING SECTIONS OF CHAPTER 3 - APPEAL AUTHORITY OF THE VIRGIN UNIFORM LAND USE ORDINANCES ('VULU') c. AN ORDINANCE CLARIFYING AND PROVIDING CONTINUITY BY REMOVING CHAPTER 14 - PERFORMANCE STANDARDS, FROM THE VIRGIN UNIFORM LAND USE ORDINANCES ('VULU') d. AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND RESTATING SECTIONS OF CHAPTER 8 TOWN STANDARDS, CONDITIONS, AND CONDITIONAL USES OF THE VIRGIN UNIFORM LAND USE ORDINANCES ('VULU'). e. AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND RESTATING SECTIONS OF CHAPTER 5 NONCONFORMING BUILDINGS AND USES OF THE VIRGIN UNIFORM LAND USE ORDINANCES ('VULU'). f. AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND RESTATING SECTIONS OF CHAPTER 25 CONGREGATE LIVING FACILITIES OF THE VIRGIN UNIFORM LAND USE ORDINANCES ('VULU').
