- HINCKLEY DESERET CEMETERY DISTRICT NOTICE IS HERE-BY GIVEN THAT THE HINCKLEY DESERET CEMETERY DISTRICT WILL BE HOLDING A MEETING ON WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 6TH , 2019 IN THE HINCKLEY LIONS CLUB BUILDING AT 240 W CENTER STREET HINCKLEY, UTAH IT SHALL BEGIN PROMPTLY AT 6:30 PM THE AGENDA MAY BE AS FOLLOWS: 1. Roll call 2. Review and approval of minutes from previous meeting 3. Petitions, remonstrances and communications 4. Chairman: Mike Anderson Board: Doug Western, Daryl Dutson, Dianne Greener, Deb Wagner, 1 vacancy 5. New Business a. Agendas - Board b. Budget Preparation for 2020 c. Budget Information - How often for reports d. Secretary Responsibilities 6. Outstanding Business a. Sexton(s) update b.
