- 7:00 Roll Call Approval of meeting minutes from 9/30, 10/10, and Public Hearing 10/14 Public Citizens to Be Heard Old Business Update from Town Council Review, discuss, and vote on the Outdoor Lighting Ordinance New Business Review building permits and site plan applications Set priority list for future ordinances, create assignments Review sign permit application Animal Ordinance review and discussion Set meeting schedule for November and December Additional Items to be added to the next meeting's agenda 8:30 Adjourn Request for additional or modifications to agenda items are due by 5pm each Tuesday to SarahPZBluff@gmail.com or to Town of Bluff at 435-672-9990 to be discussed at the next Thursday scheduled meeting. An Agenda Item Request form can be found online at http://townofbluff.org/planning-zoning/. Our next regular meeting will be held at the Bluff Community Center on Thursday, November 7 at 7:00pm. *** Regular meeting on October 31 canceled. Happy Halloween!***
