Description/Agenda: Notice is hereby given that the City Council of Farr West City will hold a Public Hearing at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 7, 2019 at City Hall. The purpose of the public hearing is to consider the changes to the Active Transportation and Moderate Income Housing sections of the Farr West General Plan. The proposed changes to the Moderate Income Housing are required by law. The changes to Moderate Income Housing include the adoption of a city ordinance specifically adopting the Moderate Income Housing Plan.
Notice of Special Accommodations (ADA): In compliance with the American with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during this meeting should notify the City Recorder at 801-731-4187, at least three working days prior to the meeting.
