- NEWTON TOWN NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING On the seventh day of November, 2019, at 7:30 p.m. the Newton Town Council will hold a meeting at the Newton Town Hall, 51 South Center Newton, Utah, for the purpose of conducting a public hearing on the issue of ordinance 2019-01. The proposed ordinance 2019-01 would adopt restrictions on the use of compression brakes within Newton Town limits. The entire ordinance may be reviewed at Newton Town Hall during business hours or at newtonutah.org.

- All interested persons shall be given an opportunity to be heard. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations during this meeting should notify the Town Clerk at least 24 hours prior to the meeting.
