VINEYARD PLANNING COMMISSION AND CITY COUNCIL - PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Meeting Date: Planning Commission Public Hearing: November 6, 2019 at 6:00 PM City Council Public Hearing: November 13, 2019 at 6:00 PM Meeting Location: Vineyard City Hall, 125 South Main Street, Vineyard, UT 84059 (Both Hearings) Request: The City of Vineyard is proposing zoning text amendments to the Vineyard Zoning Ordinance, including: Chapter 15.60 Home Day Care, Chapter 15.60 Home Preschool, 15.12.050 District Use Table, and Vineyard City Special Purpose Zoning Districts 5.08.010 to allow day cares and pre-schools to allow six (6) children in all zoning district as a permitted use, and up to 10 children in all zoning districts as a conditional use. Materials: All documents, evidence and applicable code criteria are available for inspection at the Vineyard City Offices at no cost, or copies may be purchased for individual use. Written testimony submitted in advance of a public meeting is encouraged. During public hearings, the Planning Commission Chair or City Council reserves the right to limit the time allowed for oral testimony. Any person having interest in this matter may attend and be heard during the public hearing. Written comments shall be submitted at least seven days in advance of the meeting in order to be entered into the record. One or more members of the Vineyard Planning Commission or City Council may participate electronically or telephonically. City Codes and ordinances are available on the City website found at www.vineyard.utah.gov.Incompliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations during this meeting should notify Elizabeth Hart, Planner, with the City of Vineyard, at least 24 hours prior to the meeting by calling (801) 226-1929.
