Notice is hereby given that the Syracuse City Disaster Prep Committee will participate in a meeting on Thursday October 24, 2019, at 6:30 p.m. in the large conference room of the Municipal Building, 1979 W. 1900 S., Syracuse City, Davis County, Utah. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss/review the following items: Call to Order Prayer Action Item Update District Yr Mo Workshop Date Topic Article Due Syracuse West Dist 2019 Jan/ July Jan 18th 7 pm What happened to Paradise?' Speaker Gary Robinson American Red Cross Syracuse District 2019 Feb/ Aug Syracuse South 2019 Mar/ Nov Finance in a disaster 'Legacy District 2019 May/ Oct Bluff District 2019 June/ Dec Committee Business: 1. Any new classes to put on the schedule? - promotion/calendar 2. Disaster Drill Apr 2020 - continued discussions- Article about our committee and question approved - Judy will be bringing, if you have something to add, please bring. What about announcing on electronic boards???? Other ways to get citizens to participate. 3. Preparedness fair in September 2020- Assignments 4. Whole purpose of assistants- Reminder. If you can't make it, please send assistants. Any new to add? 5. Anything to put on the calendar for next month?
