- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BOARD of MILLARD COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OFFICIAL ZONING MAP AMENDMENT APPLICATION # Z-2019-029 Zone Change from Range & Forest (RF) to Agricultural Industrial (AI) For the Purpose of Constructing a Hog Farm-a Level 3 Confined Concentrated Animal Feeding Operation (CCAFO) Steele Weston-APPLICANT, Pumba Farms-OWNER Notice is hereby given that the Board of Millard County Commissioners will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, November 12, 2019, at 10:30 a.m. at the Millard County Courthouse, Commission Chambers, 50 South Main, Fillmore, Utah, for the purpose of receiving public comment on a Zoning Ordinance Map Amendment application to change the zoning of the property described below from Range & Forest (RF) to Ag Industrial (AI) for the purpose of constructing a Hog Farm on property located adjacent to the county gravel road known as Old Highway 6/50 approximately nine (9) miles west of Hinckley; and more particularly described as: Section 17, T17S, R9W, SLM E1/2, NW1/4 & N1/2 SW1/4 Section 20, T17S, R9W SLM W1/2 W1/2 Section 21, T17S, R9W, SLM E1/2 Section 8, T17S, R9W, SLM W1/2 Section 9, T17S, R9W, SLM [Approximately 2000 Acres Total] A copy of the application for the proposed zone change is available for review and inspection at the Millard County Offices, 71 South 200 West, Delta, Utah, and the Millard County Clerk's Office, 765 S Hwy 99, Ste. 6; Fillmore, UT.
