Description/Agenda: Midvale City seeks REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS from experienced and qualified Asset Management/Work Order Software (AMS) providers (Contractor) with a focus on Utility Operations (Water, Storm Water, and Sewer), Fleet, Facilities, Streets, Parks and Cemetery. Opens October 18th, 2019 All questions must be submitted by 4:00 P.M. October 23rd, 2019 Closes November 8th ,2019 4:00 P.M. Proposals are to be submitted only through SciQuest electronically
Notice of Special Accommodations (ADA): In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, Midvale City will make reasonable accommodations for participation in the meeting. Request assistance by contacting the City Recorder at 801-567-7207, providing at least three (3) working days advance notice of the meeting.
Notice of Electronic or Telephone Participation: Council Members may participate in the meeting via telephonic communication. If a Council Member does participate via telephonic communication, the Councilmember will be on speakerphone. The speakerphone will be amplified so that the other Council Members and all other persons present in the Council Chambers will be able to hear all discussions.
