PUBLIC NOTICE OF A MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF PLEASANT VIEW CITY, UTAH October 22, 2019 Public Notice is hereby given that the City Council of Pleasant View, Utah will hold a Public Meeting in the city office at 520 West Elberta Dr. in Pleasant View, Utah on Tuesday, October 22, 2019, commencing at 6:00 PM. The agenda consists of the following: Pledge of Allegiance: Boyd Hansen Opening Prayer, Reading or Expression of Thought: Boyd Hansen Declaration of Conflicts of Interest Comments/Questions for the Mayor & Council (public) Youth City Council Report Business: 6:05 P.M. 1. Discussion and possible action to appropriate unclaimed property to the General Fund. (Presenter: Marcie Stromberg) 6:15 P.M. 2. Presentations on the Street Light Supplier for all new streetlights in Pleasant View City. (Presenters: Codale Company & Stevens Sales Company) 6:50 P.M. 3. Discussion and possible action to award the RFP for the Street Light Supplier for all new streetlights in Pleasant View City. (Presenters: Dana Shuler & Bill Cobabe) 7:00 P.M. 4. Discussion and possible action to approve a Water Infrastructure Ownership Transfer Agreement for Cherrywood Manor Phases 1, 2, and 3 located at approximately 1000 W above 3550 N. (Presenter: Tyson Jackson) 7:15 P.M. 5. Discussion and possible action to approve a resolution requesting the Recertification of the Pleasant View Justice Court, Resolution 2019-K. (Presenter: Laurie Hellstrom) 7:20 P.M. 6. Discussion and possible action to approve an agreement between Pleasant View City and BLXFIT, LLC at 2727 N Parkland Blvd. Tax ID#19-121-0007 regarding the regulating and control of storm and surface waters. (Presenter: Bill Cobabe) 7:30 P.M. 7. Closed Meeting. 8. Discussion and possible action from the closed meeting.
