- KAYSVILLE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Kaysville City Planning Commission will hold their regular meeting on Thursday, October 24, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. in the Fire Station Building at 175 South Main St. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Opening and approval of the minutes from the meeting October 10, 2019. 2. Conditional use permit for a Two- Family Dwelling at 188 North 650 East for Dustin Parke (Tabled Item). 3. Public Hearing and preliminary / final plat approval for the Reese Subdivision at 10 South 100 West for Lance and Nancy Reese. 4. Final plat approval for the Preserve Phase 2 Subdivision at approximately 150 South Angel Street for Symphony Homes. 5. Kaysville City General Plan amendment. 6. Final plat approval for Whisper Hollow Subdivision at 650 East 100 North for Spencer Prince. 7. Call to the public. 8. Other matters that properly come before the Planning Commission: a. Reports. b. Correspondence. c. Calendar. 9. Adjournment. I hereby certify that I posted a copy of the foregoing Notice and Agenda at the Kaysville Municipal Center and mailed copies to the media representatives on Friday, October 18, 2019.
