NOTICE OF MEETING OF THE MORGAN COUNCIL OF GOVERNMENTS Pursuant to Utah Code, Title 52, Chapter 4, notice is hereby given to members of the Morgan Council of Governments (COG) and to the general public that the Morgan Council of Governments will hold a meeting in open public session on Monday, October 21, 2019, at 4:00 p.m., in the Council Room at the City Office located at 90 West Young Street, Morgan, Utah. AGENDA MINUTES Approval - Minutes of the Morgan Council of Governments - August 19, 2019 ITEMS FOR DISCUSSION/APPROVAL 1. Economic Priorities and Planning 2. New Growth - YTD Building Permits & Occupancy - City / County 3. Crosswalks on Old Highway 66 (Intersections at 100 North (Nebco) and Young Street) 4. Reports from COG Members Assigned to Attend WFRC Committee Meetings Tina Cannon - Wasatch Front Regional Council 8/22 and Regional Growth Committee10/10 Ty Bailey - Wasatch Front Economic Development (WFEDD) 8/26 Roland Haslam - Community Development Block Grant (CDBG RRC) 8/20 5. Other Business In the event of an absence of a full quorum, agenda items will be continued to the next regularly scheduled meeting. Notice is hereby given that by motion of the Morgan Council of Governments (COG), pursuant to Title 52, Chapter 4 of the Utah Code, the Council may vote to hold a closed session for any of the purposes identified in that Chapter. In compliance with the American with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during this meeting should notify Denise Woods, COG Secretary, at (801) 829-3461 at least 24 hours before the meeting.
