- CITY OF WEST HAVEN * NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO AMEND THE MASTER DEVELOPMENTAL AGREEMENT FOR RIVERWALK TOWNHOMES * PUBLIC HEARING : The Planning Commission of West Haven City, Utah will hold a Public Hearing on the 29th Day of October, 2019 in the Commission Chambers at 4150 South 3900 West, West Haven, Utah at the hour of 6:00 PM or as soon thereafter as possible, to amend the Mast Development Agreement for Riverwalk Townhomes. All interested persons shall be given an opportunity to be heard.
