- NOTICE OF CANCELLATION OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF THE VINEYARD CITY COUNCIL October 23, 2019 6:00 PM _______________ Public Notice is hereby given that the regular meeting of the Vineyard City Council scheduled for Wednesday, October 23, 2019 has been CANCELLED due to a lack of a quorum. I the undersigned duly appointed Recorder for Vineyard, Utah, hereby certify that the foregoing agenda notice was emailed to the Salt Lake Tribune, posted at the Vineyard City Hall, on the Vineyard website, and the Utah Public Notice website, delivered electronically to city staff, and to each member of the Governing Body.
