- NOTICE AND AGENDA BRIGHAM CITY COUNCIL MEETING Thursday, October 17, 2019, 7:00 P.M. Fire Station, 442 West Forest Street THIS MEETING HAS BEEN CANCELLED DUE TO A LACK OF QUORUM Due to a lack of quorum, the October 17, 2019 City Council meeting has been cancelled. All agenda items will be heard at the next regularly scheduled meeting on November 7, 2019. CERTIFICATE OF POSTING The undersigned duly appointed City Recorder does hereby certify that the above notice and agenda was posted in three public places within the Brigham City limits.
