- LOA TOWN CANCELS NOVEMBER 5, 2019 ELECTIONS Loa Town met at its regularly scheduled meeting on October 10, 2019 and passed Resolution No. 2019-10 cancelling the November 5, 2019 elections according to Utah Code 20A-1-206, whereas the number of council members running did not exceed the number of council seats available.
