KAYSVILLE CITY COUNCIL MEETING NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Kaysville City Council will hold a regular council meeting on Thursday, October 17, 2019, starting at 7:00 p.m. in the Kaysville City Parks & Recreation Center at 85 North 100 East, Kaysville, UT. CITY COUNCIL MEETING - 7:00 P.M. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. OPENING a. Provided by Mayor Katie Witt. 2. RECOGNITIONS AND PRESENTATIONS a. Proclamation Declaring November 4-8, 2019 as Citizen Engagement Week. 3. DECLARATION OF ANY CONFLICTS OF INTEREST 4. CALL TO THE PUBLIC (3 MINUTE LIMIT, MUST SIGN UP IN PERSON) 5. COUNCIL MEMBER REPORTS 6. CITY MANAGER REPORT 7. CLOSED SESSION a. Strategy session to discuss pending or reasonably imminent litigation. 8.
