- PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Milford Public Library Board will hold a regular meeting, reserving the right to go into Executive Session, Tuesday October 29, 2019 at the library 401 South 100 West in Milford, UT at 5:30 p.m. 5:30 p.m.: Welcome and call to order Old Business: 1. Minutes from our last meeting New Business: 1. Director's Summit 2. Story hour 3. Computer policies Board Members: Jaynell Bailey, Aaron Harding, Evelyn Wright, Larry Roberts, Coltan Paice, Tamara Holdaway, Robin Horton, Wayne Wiseman, Meaghan Ah-Fook, Terry Wiseman, Sarah Harding (Library Assistant), and Cynthia Carter (Library Director) Certification of delivery and posting: The undersigned, duly appointed and acting Library Director does hereby certify that the above article and agenda was in three public places within the city limits on this day October 22, 2019. Those places being 1) the Milford City Office 2) Milford Public Library and 3) U.S. Post Office. The foregoing notice and agenda was also delivered to each member of the library board and posted at www.milfordcityutah.com and Utah.gov/pmn. Any public concerns and input is welcome!
