Pleasant Grove Historic Preservation Commission Agenda Meeting Place: City Hall Basement Conference Room Meeting Date and Time: October 17, 2019, 7 PM Business Excused: Emily Varney, Jaylene Macfarlane Review and/or approve minutes: Motion by: Agenda Items 1. Hear from Reid Shelley about his American Fork Hydropower Plant project. 2. Conduct subcommittee reports: Preservation - Old Town Hall project: no updates. - Talk about the postcard project and accompanying SHPO training. Community Outreach Discuss learnings from the September downtown tour. (Should this be an annual event? What should we start, stop, or continue?) What Community Outreach projects do we want to do in the winter months (Senior Center event, SHPO training about tax credits, etc.)? Digitization & Archives When we can meet this month for a work session? History & Publications Re-print of volume 2 of the PG history books: no updates 3. Vote to adopt latest bylaw draft. Tina Peterson will ratify this draft in the November 12 city council session. 4. Vote to adopt our 2019-2020 budget. Next meeting: Thursday, November 21, 2019 at 7 PM (will be either a regular meeting or an appreciation dinner)
