- AGENDA HUNTINGTON CITY COUNCIL MEETING October 16, 2019 Notice is hereby given that the Huntington City Council will hold its regularly scheduled council meeting October 16, 2019 at the city office building located at 20 South Main. Meeting will start at 6:30 p.m. Agenda will be as follows: 6:30 P.M. Roll Call Opening Remarks Pledge of Allegiance 1. Public Comments (limit of 3 minutes) 2. MOTION: Approval of September 18, 2019 City Council Minutes 3. MOTION: Business license 4. MOTION: Approval of Planning & Zoning Commission Member 5. MOTION: Approval to waive late fees for Huntington Cleveland Irrigation 6. Update on CDBG Bid for City Park/Rodeo Grounds 7. Discussion of SITLA Property 8. Justice Family Subdivision- final approval 9. Mark Justice secondary water transfer of cost 10. Mayor's Report 11. Departmental Reports (Fire department, Maintenance department) 12. Council's Reports 13. Zoning Administrator Report 14. City Claims and Review of Financials 15. Adjournment Notice Provisions: Motions relating to any of the foregoing including final action may be taken at the meeting. The order of agenda items may change to accommodate the needs of the City Council, the staff, and the public. CERTIFICATE OF POSTING The undersigned, duly appointed City Recorder, does hereby certify that the above notice and agenda were posted in three public places within the Huntington City limits. These public places being 1) Huntington City Hall; 2) Desertview Federal Credit Union; and 3) the U.S. Post Office. The public is invited to attend all city council meetings.
