CENTRAL WASATCH COMMISSION STAKEHOLDERS COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 16, 2019 @ 3:00PM COMMUNITY ROOM 2277 EAST BENGAL BLVD COTTONWOOD HEIGHTS, UT 84121 A. OPENING - 3:00 - 3:05 i. Greg Summerhays will conduct the meeting as the Chair of the Stakeholders Council. ii. The Stakeholders Council will consider approving the meeting minutes of Wednesday, September 18th. B. TRANSPORTATION DISCUSSION 3:05 - 3:25 i. Update on CCTAP ii. Discuss future involvement on transportation projects C. COTTONWOOD CANYON TOILETS PROJECT 3:25 - 3:40 i. Discussion with Forest Service on new and upgraded toilets in Cottonwood Canyons D. MILLCREEK CANYON SHUTTLE COMMITTEE UPDATE - 3:40 - 4:00 i. Subcommittee lead Brian Hutchinson will provide an update on progress the subcommittee made in September. ii. Helen Peters, Salt Lake County, discuss FLAP grant E. CAPACITY COMMITTEE - 4:00 - 4:25 i. Dr. Kelly Bricker will provide update on Capacity Committee ii. Stakeholders Council to consider and discuss Capacity Committee recommendation F. SURVEY INTRODUCTION 4:25 - 4:35 i. Chair Greg Summerhayes and Blake Perez will discuss the intent of a Stakeholders Council survey and what the data will be used for G. CWC STAFF REPORT - 4:35-4:45 i. CWC Executive Director Ralph Becker will provide a brief overview of the work CWC staff accomplished or made progress with during September and October. H. OPEN DISCUSSION I.
