- Wales Town Planning & Zoning Committee Notice & Agenda The regularly scheduled meeting of the Wales Town Planning and Zoning Committee will be held at 7:00 PM, Tuesday, 15 October 2019, at the Wales Town Hall, located at 150 N State St. The meeting agenda is as follows: 1. Meeting call to order 2. Roll call 3. Approve minutes of meeting held 20 August 2019 (no meeting held in September) 4. Petitions & Communications: a. David & Juli Larsen, concerning construction of home at 350 S State St b. Clay & Kristen Snow, concerning construction of home on northwest corner lot at 100 E 100 S 5. Business: a. 6. Adjourn **If you have business or questions that need to be addressed by the Wales Town Planning & Zoning Committee please contact Velva Lee Sherman at 436-9345. In order to be added to the agenda, please call at least one week prior to the meeting held on the 3rd Tuesday of each month. Thank you.**
